Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to a weekly desk with Pineapple Estate, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Details

  1. Subscription Scope: This subscription entitles you to a single desk for use on the same designated day each week, as chosen at the time of subscription.

  2. Duration and Cancellation: This subscription is ongoing and may be cancelled with a one-month written notice. With the contract always ending on the last day of the month. To cancel please email us at contacts@pineappleestate.co.uk

  3. Fee Adjustments: Subscription fees are subject to change at the discretion of management, with at least one month's notice given for any changes.

  4. Payment Terms: Payment is made by direct debit on the first working day of each month.

General Terms

  1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to subscribe to and use our hot desking services.

  2. Pet Policy: Pets and animals are strictly prohibited from entering the desk area. This includes, but is not limited to, dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. Any client who violates this policy may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund and may incur cleaning or damage fees.

Hot Desking Amenities

  1. Included Facilities: You are entitled to one desk space, Wifi, a chair, British Standard plugs, and daytime parking. The subscription does not include additional office equipment (e.g., screens, keyboards).

  2. Guest Policy: If you need an additional desk for a guest, please book it separately in advance.

Access and Usage

  1. Check-In: Upon arrival, check in at the Reception & Shop for fire safety purposes. Directions are available on our website: https://www.pineappleestate.co.uk/enquiry-and-directions.

  2. Building Access: Do not allow unauthorized individuals to enter the building. Each person must have a booking.

  3. Hours of Access: You have access to your desk between 9 am and 5 pm on your designated day.

  4. Kitchen Use: You may use the communal kitchen area, including tea and coffee facilities. Please leave the space clean and tidy.

  5. Please be respectful of others who are using the space, working on or visiting the business park. Excessive noise or abusive behaviour will not be accepted and you will be escorted off the premises at management's discretion. 

Additional Amenities

  1. Printing Services: A4 printing is available at 10p per sheet and A3 at 20p per sheet. Email info@pineappleestate.co.uk for printing, and collect from Reception & Shop.

  2. Parking: Daytime parking is available in Car Parks E, D, or C. Overnight parking is not permitted, and we are not liable for theft or damage.

Damages and Liability

  1. Damage Responsibility: Clients are liable for any damages caused to the facilities, equipment, or property during their use.

  2. Limitation of Liability: Pineapple Estate is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during use, except in cases of proven negligence.

Security and Confidentiality

  1. Belonging Security: You are responsible for securing your belongings and confidential information. Pineapple Estate will take reasonable steps to secure the premises but is not responsible for theft or loss.

Changes to Terms

Pineapple Estate reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings without written consent.
